Gran Alacant´s 10k Race 2015
Gran Alacant’s 10th Carrera Popular Abel Antón Race took place on Sunday 11th October 2015.
The event is held every year in honour and presence of the ex-Spanish world champion Abel Antón.
Abel´s nephew Raul Martinez Anton won the 10km race in just over 33 minutes taking the number one spot in the Senior Male Category.
The race was led by the For Riders bike shop on mountain bikes. During the race there was a dance exhibition by Gran Alacant´s Dance Academy.
Organised by European Residents Neighbourhood Association, Santa Pola’s Athletics Club and Santa Pola Town Council.
