Gran Alacant’s Sports Centre was officially inaugurated with an open day on 27th November 2011.
Gran Alacant´s Sports Centre is in memory of local man from Santa Pola Jose Antonio whom dedicated much of his time to the sport of this town. Santa Pola Council decided that the sports centre be named in memory of him. It is located in the upper area of Gran Alacant.
