is Google Earth?
Google Earth is a virtual globe,
map and geographic information programme which lets you fly anywhere
on Earth to view satellite imagary, maps, terrain, 3D buildings;
from galaxies in outer space to the beaches of Gran Alacant!

The Google Earth Gran Alacant
Tour
Gran Alacant's Website has put together
a tour of Gran Alacant using Google Earth. With the tour you're
able to fly to any place in Gran Alacant. Places include urbanizations,
commercial centres, clubs, parks, beaches, just about anywhere
in Gran Alacant; and some of the buildings are even in 3D!
The Google Earth Sky Tour
Gran Alacant's Website has also
compiled a tour of the sky. So if you fancy star gazing, just
download the tour and fly!
Google Earth is easy to
install - just follow these few steps!
Download and install the Google Earth Software.
Click here
to download software.
Download and open the Gran Alacant
Tour (or Sky Tour). To open, either click on the file or select
file, right click and open with GE.
Click here
to download the GA Tour.
The Gran Alacant Tour will open
within GE and the places will be displayed in the left Places
panel underneath Temporary Places.
Using the left Places panel scroller;
scroll down and double click on any place. It's that easy!
Don't forget to move the Gran Alacant
Tour from the Temporary Places folder to the My Places folder
in the left Places panel before closing the application. This
will mean you'll automatically receive any changes that we make
to the tour when you next use Google Earth.
Here's how: Right
Click on Gran Alacant Tour by mygranalacant.com found in the Temporary
Places Folder and select Save to My Places. |
