Gran Alacant´s ASPETGA organised `CLEAN UP DAY´ after complaints about dog waste near CEIP Vicenta Ruso in Gran Alacant.

ASPETGA (Pet Owner´s Association for Santa Pola and Gran Alacant) together with parents of Vicenta Ruso teamed up to raise awareness of this problem and set a good example.

During the morning many bags of poop were collected and ASPETGA wanted to thank the volunteers who came to help in this task.

ASPETGA is an association founded by a group of neighbours who sought to improve the quality of life for our four-footed friends which includes addressing the problem of dog waste.

The community event was held on Friday 15th April 2016.
