DOG OWNERS in Gran Alacant will be delighted to know that Santa Pola has inaugurated it´s fist dog beach on Saturday 30th April.

“La Caleta Dels Gossets” is located on the coastal road towards Santa Pola at the bottom of the Cabo, just 5 minutes away from Gran Alacant.

There are regulations set by Santa Pola Town Council which must be followed.

Among the rules that you need to know are:

Dogs require chip and vacinations up to date. It is advised to bring along documentation as it will be checked by the security guard on duty.

If you have not already registered your dog with the Town Hall or updated your pets vaccinations you will want to do that first.

ASPETGA were the driving force behind the project. The association founded by a group of neighbours who sought to improve the quality of life for our four-footed friends.
