The terminal building is approximately 400m2 and features a waiting area, ticket sales, toilets, dressing room, tourist information desk, police premises to ensure public security and commercial premises. Outside there are four bays and an green area.

Alsa, Costa Azul, Bilman Bus, Autocares Moyá Triángulo and Autocares Baile, and the regular local bus routes connecting Gran Alacant, El Altet and Alicante.

Situated alongside the bus station is a gas service station plus car washing facilities.
