At Gran Alacant´s Market between the cafeteria and the sports area there will be a small play area for children and terrace managed by the cafe.

Within the services building there is a reception room, ladies and gents toilets, cafeteria and outside terrace.

Construction of the children´s play area began in August 2014 and was completed prior to the inauguration in November 2014.

The market is named after one of the most symbolic street traders of Santa Pola El Chato. It is approximately 12,000 m2 providing a total of 140 stall positions.
