Between 12th and 15th September the Monte Mar Bowls and Social Club are hosting their annual four day Gran Alacant Mixed Rinks bowling event at the bowling green in Gran Alacant.

The bowls club anticipate ninety six players will be taking part and the event will end on the afternoon of Friday 15th September when the finals are played.

Everyone is welcome to come along to watch players from all over the Costa Blanca complete for the trophy.

Play will be on each day from about 10am until 4pm. On the first day Tuesday September 12th there will be a cake stall which has been very popular in the past, so be there early to avoid disappointment. Other social events will be staged during the week so look out for information on the Monte Mar Website.
